From the first song I liked Fair Verona’s sound. They reminded me of Fleming and John, a highly talented group. Fair Verona’s sound is heavier overall, but these two groups are quite similar in their approach. All three of the females in Fair Verona; Beth Cameron (guitar), Shawn Potter (guitar), and Leah Nicholls (bass) take turns on lead vocal duties, each adding her own special flavor. These three are backed up by concrete drumming from Brent Summers. This is a very young group, ranging from 16 to 21 and are they full of talent. The songs were heavily orchestrated but the CD is too short, only four songs. I wanted more.
